Artemis Traikapi

Dr. Traikapi is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with expertise in neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation for children and adults. She specializes in the clinical evaluation and rehabilitation of adults with primary or secondary involvement of the Central Nervous System. She holds a Doctorate in Rehabilitation Sciences with a specialization in the rehabilitation of patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer’s Disease through Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Her research interests include cognitive rehabilitation and the development/adaptation of cognitive assessment tools. She is the founder and producer of Peri Neuropsychologias, the first podcast on Neuropsychology and neurorehabilitation in Greece and Cyprus.

Η Δρ. Τραϊκάπη είναι Κλινική Νευροψυχολόγος με εμπειρία στη νευροψυχολογική αξιολόγηση και νοητική αποκατάσταση σε παιδιά και ενήλικες. Είναι εξειδικευμένη και ασχολείται κλινικά με τη νευροψυχολογική εκτίμηση και αποκατάσταση ενηλίκων με πρωτοπαθή ή δευτεροπαθή προσβολή του Κεντρικού Νευρικού Συστήματος. Είναι διδάκτωρ  Επιστήμων Αποκατάστασης με εξειδίκευση στην αποκατάσταση ασθενών με Ήπια Νοητική Εξασθένηση και Νόσο Αλτσχάιμερ μέσω της Διακρανιακής Μαγνητικής Διέγερσης (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation; TMS). Τα ερευνητικά της ενδιαφέροντα περιλαμβάνουν τη νοητική αποκατάσταση και τη δημιουργία/προσαρμογή γνωστικών εργαλείων αξιολόγησης. Είναι ιδρύτρια και παραγωγός του ‘Περί ΝευροΨυχολογίας, του πρώτου podcast για τη Νευροψυχολογία και τη νευροαποκατάσταση σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο.
